Welcome to Minecho. These User Terms (the "Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Minecho website, applications, APIs, memberships, credits, and related AI audio and video processing services provided by Guangfan Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or the "Company").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services, especially the clauses about account security, paid services, user content, voice authorization, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, service changes, and dispute resolution. By registering, logging in, uploading files, submitting tasks, purchasing memberships or credits, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

I. Scope and Contracting Entity

  1. These Terms are entered into between you and Guangfan Technology Co., Ltd.. We may use affiliates, partners, or approved third-party providers to support part of the Services, but these Terms continue to apply to the relevant Services.
  2. "User" means any individual, company, or organization that accesses, registers for, logs in to, or uses the Services.
  3. "Minecho" means our AI audio and video processing services, including text to speech, AI dubbing, video translation, voice changing, voice cloning, subtitles, translation, task management, memberships, credits, and related features.
  4. These Terms include rules, product descriptions, paid-service terms, campaign rules, voice cloning rules, and the Privacy Policy that we publish from time to time. Those materials form part of these Terms once published.

II. Accounts and Security

  1. You may browse some pages without registration. Uploading, generating, downloading, ordering, membership, credit, and voice cloning features may require registration and login.
  2. You must provide true, accurate, lawful, and up-to-date account information. Some features may require mobile phone, WeChat, email, or other verification for security or legal compliance.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your account, password, verification codes, and devices secure. Activities conducted through your account are treated as activities conducted by you or with your authorization.
  4. You may not sell, transfer, rent, lend, or otherwise allow others to use your account without our written consent.
  5. If you discover unauthorized use or security risks, contact us promptly at minecho@guangfan.tech.

III. Services

  1. The Services may include text to speech, AI dubbing, video translation, voice changing, voice cloning, subtitle generation, translation, audio and video processing, task storage, downloads, membership benefits, credits, and customer support.
  2. Different features may have different processing times, file size limits, supported formats, queues, generation limits, download periods, retention periods, and pricing rules. The page descriptions and order confirmation page prevail.
  3. AI output may be affected by input quality, language, voice quality, model capability, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure. We keep improving the Services, but we do not guarantee that every output will be accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
  4. We may adjust features, models, pricing, benefits, or rules due to product iteration, compliance requirements, security risks, third-party service changes, or operational needs. We will provide notice through reasonable channels where required.

IV. Fees, Memberships, Credits, and Invoices

  1. The Services may include free trials, memberships, credit packages, pay-as-you-go billing, or other paid options. Prices, benefits, validity periods, credit consumption, and restrictions are shown on the purchase page, order page, or campaign rules.
  2. Memberships, credit packages, and digital content services that have started being performed are online goods and virtual benefits. Unless required by law, expressly stated on the page, or caused by a material defect that makes the Services completely unusable, purchases are generally not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable.
  3. We display order amount, payment method, and key benefits before payment. Completing payment means you confirm the order information.
  4. If an order is abnormal due to system faults, pricing errors, payment-channel issues, or suspected abuse, we may suspend benefit delivery, cancel the order, correct the error, and process refunds or compensation where appropriate.
  5. If you need an invoice, submit the required information through the page or customer support. We will issue eligible electronic invoices after verification according to applicable PRC requirements.

V. User Content and License

  1. Text, audio, video, images, subtitles, translations, voice samples, voice names, project names, and generated results that you upload, enter, submit, or generate ("User Content") must be original, lawfully authorized, or otherwise lawfully usable by you.
  2. You retain your lawful rights in User Content. To provide the Services, you grant us and necessary service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, cache, process, and display User Content only as necessary for upload, processing, transcoding, translation, generation, storage, download, troubleshooting, security review, and customer support.
  3. We will not use your non-public User Content in public marketing materials without separate authorization.
  4. You confirm that User Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, portrait right, name right, reputation right, privacy right, personal information rights, voice rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights.
  5. You are responsible for third-party complaints, claims, or disputes caused by User Content and must compensate us for losses caused by your unlawful or infringing content where required by law.

VI. Voice Cloning and Synthetic Content

  1. When using voice cloning, voice changing, AI dubbing, or other realistic synthetic voice features, you must ensure that the voice comes from yourself or that you have obtained lawful authorization from the voice owner, performer, recorder, and other relevant right holders.
  2. You may not use the Services to impersonate others, mislead the public, commit fraud, harass, defame, extort, manipulate public opinion, conduct unlawful marketing, or create or distribute unlawful, infringing, false, deceptive, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, terrorist, child-harming, or public-interest-harming content.
  3. If synthetic audio or video may make others believe it is a real statement by a person, you must provide legally required notices or obtain necessary consent.
  4. For security, compliance, and rights-protection reasons, we may apply authorization checks, usage restrictions, generation limits, download limits, review, or human verification to high-risk features such as voice cloning.
  5. If we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, law, or third-party rights, we may refuse processing, delete content, restrict downloads, suspend features, freeze accounts, terminate services, preserve records, and report to authorities where required.

VII. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services to:

  1. Violate laws, regulations, public order, public morals, or platform rules.
  2. Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, personality rights, privacy, personal information rights, voice rights, or trade secrets.
  3. Crawl, scrape, copy, mirror, bulk download, reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass restrictions, or attack the Services without authorization.
  4. Maliciously register accounts, share accounts, manipulate metrics, abuse promotions, commit transaction fraud, submit abusive tasks, or consume system resources in bad faith.
  5. Interfere with or bypass security measures, billing systems, risk controls, model restrictions, or access controls.
  6. Use the Services for unlawful advertising, spam, fraud, phishing, abusive deepfakes, political manipulation, or other high-risk uses.

VIII. Breach and Termination

  1. If you breach these Terms, we may issue warnings, remove content, restrict generation or downloads, suspend features, freeze credits or membership benefits, suspend or terminate accounts, or refuse further service.
  2. If your conduct may violate law, infringe rights, or endanger network security, we may preserve records, report to competent authorities, and cooperate with investigations.
  3. You may stop using the Services or request account cancellation through available channels. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize personal information according to law, except information that must be retained for legal compliance, transactions, disputes, security, or legitimate rights protection.
  4. If we discontinue part or all of the Services due to product changes, compliance requirements, business arrangements, or force majeure, we will provide reasonable notice and handle paid but unused benefits as required by law.

IX. Intellectual Property

  1. Intellectual property rights in software, programs, interfaces, pages, designs, trademarks, marks, text, images, audio, video, model capabilities, technical documents, and other Service materials belong to us or lawful right holders.
  2. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, rent, mirror, scrape, or otherwise use Service materials.
  3. You may not use our trademarks, marks, domain names, page names, or brand features, or imply any cooperation, authorization, or endorsement without permission.

X. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We use reasonable efforts to keep the Services stable, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free service or fully accurate outputs.
  2. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs. For commercial release, advertising, film distribution, education, legal, medical, financial, government, or other important scenarios, you should conduct necessary review and obtain required authorization.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, goodwill loss, data loss, business interruption, or punitive damages.

XI. Privacy

We process your personal information, uploaded files, task records, and order information according to the Minecho Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Please read the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

XII. Changes, Governing Law, and Disputes

  1. We may update these Terms due to legal, product, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be published on minecho.com or relevant pages and take effect on the stated date.
  2. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Services. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  4. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court with jurisdiction where the Company is domiciled.
