Credits power your creation tasks. Video translation: 10 credits per 30 seconds (round up; minimum 20). Voice cloning: 3 credits per instant clone; unlocking Jupiter is billed separately (600 credits, one-time). Text-to-speech depends on the voice tier and billing characters: system voices 1 credit per 1,000 (free under 1,000); cloned voices 1 per 500; premium voices (including Jupiter) 1 per 50; turbo voices 1 per 50; standard voices 1 per 75 (cloud tiers minimum 1). Multi-speaker dubbing: 1 per 300 (minimum 1). Billing characters: each CJK ideograph counts as 2; others as 1 (e.g. 「你好」= 4). After membership expires, renew in the grace period to keep remaining VIP credits; features follow the free tier during grace; unused VIP credits expire after grace ends.

Membership includes premium features and bundled credits (which expire with membership). No. Membership plans purchased via WeChat or Alipay are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. After expiry, repurchase from Pricing or Account; renewing during the grace period keeps remaining membership credits.

Payments are generally effective immediately after successful payment, with a maximum delay of a few seconds. You can also refresh the “Account” page to check your membership status, or contact customer service for inquiries.

Failed tasks will be refunded all credits; virtual goods do not support refunds in principle.

You can apply for it by selecting the corresponding order on the “Orders/Invoices” page. It will be issued and sent to your email within two days.
